Work Preparation & Material Readiness:

Ensure all materials, sub-parts, jigs, and tools are ready before work starts.

Coordinate with store/production planning to avoid material shortages.

prepare the work area and arrange workflow for smooth fabrication.

Quality Control at Source:

Make sure fitters check fit-up, dimensions, and alignment before welding.

Monitor welding parameters and workmanship to avoid rework.

Ensure all work follows drawing, WPS, and fabrication standards.

Ensure the fitter and welder used required jigs.

Workflow & Bottleneck Management:

Monitor job progress and resolve daily production bottlenecks to achieve production schedule.

Adjust manpower and work priority to maintain output.

Escalate issues (quality, material, breakdown) to related party and Production Executive quickly.

Safety & 5S

Always enforce PPE usage and safe working practices.

Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and 5S in the fabrication area.

Reporting & Communication

Record daily output, man-hours, delays, and issues.

Communicate clearly between management and workers for smooth operations.
