Job summary

A leading pharmacy retailer in Terengganu seeks an experienced outlet supervisor to oversee daily operations, conduct on-the-job training, and ensure exceptional customer service. Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma and a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in retail. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage team performance are essential. This role requires working retail hours, including shifts and weekends.

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day outlet operations with responsibility and reliability
  • Conduct on-the-job training and coaching for new team members
  • Assist in staff scheduling, rostering, and performance appraisal processes
  • Display strong product knowledge and deliver excellent customer service
  • Monitor merchandise performance and provide feedback to Buyers and Managers
  • Recommend ideas to improve customer experience and business outcomes
  • Prepare and coordinate stock take exercises
  • Support the Branch Manager in achieving outlet goals and operational excellence
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in any field
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in retail (pharmacy experience is an added advantage)
  • Strong organizational and people management skills
  • Computer literate and capable of using retail systems
  • Able to analyse sales trends and drive team performance
  • Skilled in handling difficult customer situations professionally
  • Willing to work retail hours, including shifts and weekends
  • Proficient in English (spoken and written) is an advantage
  • Demonstrates leadership qualities and team accountability
