Job summary

A retail pharmacy in Malaysia is seeking a candidate to oversee day-to-day operations and conduct training for new team members. The ideal applicant should have at least 3 years of supervisory experience in retail, preferably within a pharmacy. Strong organizational skills and the ability to deliver excellent customer service are essential. This location also supports the Branch Manager in achieving operational goals and enhancing the customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Computer literate and capable of using retail systems.

  • Monitor merchandise performance and provide feedback to Buyers and Managers
  • Recommend ideas to improve customer experience and business outcomes
  • Prepare and coordinate stock take exercises
  • Support the Branch Manager in achieving outlet goals and operational excellence
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in any field
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in retail (pharmacy experience is an added advantage)
  • Strong organizational and people management skills
  • Computer literate and capable of using retail systems
  • Able to analyse sales trends and drive team performance
  • Skilled in handling difficult customer situations professionally
  • Willing to work retail hours, including shifts and weekends
  • Proficient in English (spoken and written) is an advantage
  • Demonstrates leadership qualities and team accountability
