Student Experience & Marketing Executive

The role assists student engagement and helps create digital content to showcase student activities, events and training environment.

• Capture engaging photos and videos during classes, events & interviews
• Write creative captions, edit short-form videos, and post regularly
• Record student testimonials, host mini interviews or podcasts with trainers
• Track and report content performance monthly
• Support orientation day, take attendance, and assist with student inquiries
• Help coordinate workshops, airline interviews, and graduation events
• Maintain student WhatsApp/Telegram groups with timely updates
• Assist international students and support guests or visiting parents

🏆 What Good Performance Looks Like

• Consistently deliver 8–12 short-form videos/posters monthly
• Communicate professionally with students and staff
• Maintain accurate records of attendance & event logistics
• Be a proactive team player who uplifts student experience
• Comfortable with multitasking in a fast-paced education environment
• Bonus: Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to support our China student base
