A leading automotive company in Malaysia is seeking a Training & Sales Engineering Senior Executive. The role involves visiting customers to collect data on their vehicles, conducting training sessions, and preparing training materials. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, strong communication skills, and experience in Microsoft Office. Previous work in the automotive industry is advantageous. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree or relevant qualification is required.
• 2 years of relevant experience is ideal; candidates with less experience may qualify for an Executive position.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills are necessary.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential.
• Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers to gather data on their vehicles.
• Liaise with the Thailand team after customer visits.
• Conduct training sessions for customers and the sales team.
• Plan training programs for dealers and customers.
• Prepare training materials for refreshment and new product training.
• Prepare monthly reports for management and departments.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.
