Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the entire recruitment cycle.
• Conduct recruitment using online job portals and referrals.
• Prepare candidate assessment reports and recommendations.
• Coordinate recruitment activities and joint interviews.
• Conduct character reference checks on candidates.
• Prepare Offer Letters and Contracts for incoming staff.
• Compile candidate database and generate creative ideas.
• Participate in recruitment drives, exhibitions, and seminars.
