Job summary

A leading insurance provider in Malaysia is seeking a project management/business analyst with at least 3 years of experience in project management. The candidate must possess exceptional organizational and communication skills and be proficient with relevant tools including MS Office and various applications. Responsibilities include managing project operations, facilitating vendor communications, and resolving issues to ensure timely implementation of projects. Leadership and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management/business analyst role.
  • At least 5 years of supervisory experience.
  • Familiarity with operating systems and related applications is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Execute project work plans as instructed by management.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the project and facilitate communication.
  • Review ongoing operations and create business analysis on improvement.
  • Resolve project issues and manage change control effectively.
  • Train departments and ensure readiness for new product development.
