• Approximately 2+ years of construction site experience preferred.
• Ability to prepare baseline schedules, recovery plans, and progress tracking.
• Familiarity with manpower productivity and procurement coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning for tenders: develop preliminary schedules, methodologies, and risk registers.
• Prepare and review baseline schedules and planning deliverables for awarded projects.
• Monitor early execution progress and track KPIs, constraints, and risks.
