Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development.
• Proven experience in end-to-end training program management.
• Strong knowledge of HRD Corp (HRDF) processes and training grants.

Responsibilities

• Drive design and implementation of training and development programs.
• Coordinate and conduct Training Needs Analysis with stakeholders.
• Plan and administer internal and external training programs.
