Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 or more years of experience in direct client-facing role in Malaysia.
• Self-driven and motivated individual able to work in a VUCA startup environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire corporate clients across various industries.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of deals, tracking performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop solutions for corporate needs.
• Understand GrabGifts product and create bespoke solutions.
• Perform data analysis to develop account-specific growth strategies.
