Qualifications

• Minimum of 5–8 years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing and corporate environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to functional leaders and department heads for HR needs.
• Lead and implement People Development strategies including training and talent identification.
• Manage disciplinary, grievance, and conflict resolution matters with compliance.
• Implement and manage performance management systems for fair evaluations.
