Qualifications

  • 5–8+ years in HR and administration, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of Malaysian labour law and payroll practices.
  • Proficient with HRIS, capable of using data for decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Lead HR strategy and workforce planning aligned to business goals.
  • Own full-cycle hiring, onboarding, and employer branding.
  • Develop HR policies compliant with Malaysian law.
  • Ensure statutory compliance and maintain accurate records.
  • Drive performance management cycles and KPIs.
  • Champion culture and internal communications.
  • Build learning and development plans.
  • Administer payroll inputs and benefits.
  • Handle employee relations and grievances.
  • Coordinate company events and travel logistics.
  • Prepare HR/admin dashboards and reports.
  • Identify process gaps and implement improvements.
  • Coach a small HR/Admin team.
