Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years of experience in Corporate Finance and/or Financial Control functions.
• 10 years’ experience in Leadership role, ideally within utilities or regulated industries.
• Proven leadership in senior management roles with a track record of driving strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial management and strategic planning for sustainability.
• Drive corporate finance initiatives including capital allocation and financial modelling.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and risk management frameworks.
