Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including 1-2 years in the trading or shipping industry.
• Background in a Big Four auditing firm is a strong advantage.
• Experience with financial systems, automation tools, or business intelligence platforms.

Responsibilities

• Update maintenance activities into the ERP system.
• Issue invoices for port agency services to vessel owners.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Prepare and submit Pro Forma DA and Final DA to principals.
• Lead financial consolidation and reporting across subsidiaries.
