A leading plantation company in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Senior Executive/Executive for Corporate Finance and Investor Relations. This role involves supporting corporate exercises like due diligence and M&A, preparing reports, and analyzing financial data. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s in Finance or related field, 4-5 years of corporate finance experience, and solid skills in financial modelling. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required, along with strong teamwork and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 4 to 5 years of experience in a Corporate Finance role.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA/CFA is a bonus.
• Experience in the plantation industry is an added advantage.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of corporate exercises including due diligence and M&A.
• Prepare Annual Integrated Reports.
• Liaise with bankers and stakeholders for deal structuring.
