• Minimum 2 years working experience in a Freight Forwarding Company is an added advantage.
• Independent, self-motivated and highly disciplined.
• Solid understanding of supply chain management, particularly transportation management.

Strategic Development Senior Executive / Executive

As a Strategic Development Senior Executive / Executive with Priority Bonded Warehouse Sdn Bhd, you will play a key role in driving the company's growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities within the freight/cargo forwarding industry. This is a full-time position based in Penang Island, Penang. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, as well as implementing effective sales strategies to expand the company's customer base.

What you’ll be doing

• Responsible for the conversion of new business opportunities
• Responsible for providing excellent service level to existing customers and ensuring customer retention
• Maintain customer relationships by understanding their current and future needs and responding promptly
• Identify potential and target customers
• Develop a strong opportunity pipeline for sales opportunities
• Achieve and exceed sales objectives by generating new business and increasing market share
• Growing our export volume and developing sales skills
• Focus on winning and keeping profitable business
• Responsible for meeting the Departmental KPI and Sales Target Set
• Ensure compliance with Departmental Standard Procedure and Company Quality System
• Ensure Customer Satisfaction and problem resolution through cross-functional support locally and globally
