Storekeeper & Shipment (Chinese-speaking)

We are looking for a Storekeeper & Shipment (Chinese-speaking) to support daily warehouse, inventory, and logistics operations at our Johor Bahru factory. This role requires strong execution skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate closely with internal teams and external logistics partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Warehouse & Inventory Management
  • Manage raw materials, packaging materials, spare parts, and consumables.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock accuracy.
  • Conduct weekly stock checks and inventory reconciliation.
• Finished Goods & Shipment
  • Manage finished goods storage, labelling, and dispatch.
  • Coordinate daily shipment and delivery arrangements.
  • Prepare shipment documents and liaise with transport providers.
• Data & System Management
  • Perform accurate data entry and inventory updates.
  • Maintain material movement records and basic inventory reports.
• 5S & Safety
  • Implement and maintain 5S standards in warehouse areas.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and factory procedures.

Requirements

• Chinese-speaking ability (Mandarin required; English or Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage).
• Basic knowledge of inventory control, warehouse, or logistics operations.
• Good numerical sense and attention to detail.

Experience

• Prior storekeeper or warehouse experience is not mandatory.
• Candidates with factory, warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience will have an advantage.
