Job summary

A frozen food company in Penang is seeking candidates for inventory management roles. Responsibilities include performing shipments, kitting, and daily housekeeping activities. Candidates should have SPM with Math, and ability to communicate in basic English; experience in similar fields is preferred but fresh graduates are welcomed. Forklift operation skills are a plus, ensuring the performance of operational tasks in a safe and efficient manner.

Perform receiving, storage, kitting, issuing, packing, and shipment activities.

Carry out system transactions related to receiving, storage, kitting, issuing, packing, and shipment.

Conduct daily housekeeping and 5S activities in the store and surrounding areas.

Support planned and unplanned overtime (OT) when required.

Participate in cycle count activities.

Report inventory integrity issues to the superior (e.g. excess or shortage quantities) for further action.

Prepare and verify shipment details against Delivery Orders (DO) and packing lists.

Comply with all SOPs and Work Instructions while performing duties.

Adhere to Occupational Safety and Health laws, regulations, standards, practices, and procedures established by the Company.

Report any abnormalities or issues to the superior for further action.

Ensure equipment and machinery are properly maintained and in good working condition.
