Responsibilities
  • 6‑month training program requiring relocation up to 2‑3 outlets
  • Training includes Close Sales Skill, Stock Management, Visual Merchandise, Finance Management & Human Resource Management
  • Candidate trained in store as a management trainee; after physical training, a period of work and learning in stores to familiarize with store operation and business skills
  • Upon completion, successful candidates will work as store PIC in the store, and can also be nominated as store managers based on outstanding performance; both responsible for store and sales management
  • Conduct stock take in store to control stock loss to the minimum level and manage storeroom stock efficiently
  • Able to handle and execute Visual Merchandise in store by following VM standard
  • Ensure full compliance of the company’s SOP, policies, procedures, profit protection measures, rules and regulations
  • Build a strong sales and service culture within team members and the workplace
  • Able to handle paperwork of month closing for Finance & HR
  • After gaining experience in a few stores, a Store Manager with outstanding performance may be promoted to Area Manager, responsible for operation and sales performance of several store areas, or may transfer to another country for business opportunities
Requirements
  • Must diarrhea work according de quota Retail Sh incremento sh shift, Weekend and Public Holiday
  • Good knowledge of spoken English and Mandarin, as the candidate will liaise with Mandarin‑speaking customers and Bahasa Malaysia speakers
  • Customer service experience will be valuable
  • Fresh graduates without experience are welcome to apply, as training will be provided
