Job description

Job Function / Responsibilities / Authorities

• Lead a team of warehouse staff to ensure that all operations in the Store are carried out smoothly and efficiently.
• Assign tasks and monitor the performance of warehouse staff, providing guidance and training where necessary.
• Ensure the accurate recording of all finished goods into the SAP system.
• Perform regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system data.
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking, optimizing storage space and product rotation.
• Oversee the receiving process of finished goods from production or external suppliers, ensuring that goods are inspected for quality and quantity.
• Supervise the picking, packing, and dispatching of finished goods in accordance with customer orders and shipment notice.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations in the warehouse.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard‑free warehouse environment.
• Identify skill gaps within the warehouse team and coordinate training to enhance performance.
• Maintain accurate records of stock movements, receiving reports, dispatch logs, and other relevant documentation.

Requirements and Skills
