• Able to drive forklift (Additional Advantage).
• Understanding of incoming raw material and issuance to Operation.

• To ensure all issuance and receiving is recorded according to appropriate documents.
• Support production by ensuring timely delivery of Materials/Consumables.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the overall management of the stores.

Ensure proper arrangement of Material/Consumables at stock locations.

To ensure Materials/Consumables are segregated according to Project or Stock during storage.

To ensure all issuance and receiving is recorded according to appropriate documents.

To support production by ensuring Materials/Consumables are delivered on time, right quantity and stock availability.

To update documents in ERP system.

Responsible for documentations and filing up.

To ensure all issuance and receiving is done according to appropriate documents. This is in order to comply with ISO requirement.

Monitoring of PR issued to Purchasing on the receiving date.

To keep track of gas inventory and monitor monthly rental arrangements.

Support the daily routine activities in Materials and Consumables store.

Maintain good housekeeping in Materials and Consumables store area.

Work closely with store personnel.

Monitor and follow up on the common consumables items stock and usage.

Perform any other related duties as management may require from time to time.

Requirements

• SPM and above
