Responsibilities

• Everyday checking goods from suppliers (in) and customers (out)
• Ø Check Balance of Stock at Warehouse
• Check balance of Stock based on the production worker write on the piece of paper.
• Make sure the balance of the stock in warehouse tally with the production worker record.
• Key-in all the daily stock in and stock out in SAP System.
• Photostat three (3) copies of stock in, one (1) for production, one (1) for HR department and one (1) for our warehouse.
• Make sure the code and quantity of the stock same as the record paper. After that, print the daily stock list in SAP System.
• Use daily stock list in SAP System to compare whether the quantity of stock tally or not with the production worker records.
• Write a report regarding Transportation.
