Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through social media.
  • Assist customers with product information, pricing, and recommendations.
  • Prepare and post photo and video content on social media channels.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and proper product display.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management.
  • Support daily store operations including packing and arranging orders.
  • Ensure positive customer experience both online and in-store.

  • Assist customers by providing product information, pricing, and recommendations.
  • Prepare, schedule, and post photo and video content across social media channels.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and proper display of products.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management and restocking activities.
  • Support daily store operations, including packing, labeling, and arranging orders for delivery or pick‑up.
  • Ensure positive customer experience both online and in-store.
