Responsibilities
  • Track and deliver shipment from pickup to delivery.
  • Manage staff / subcontractors / part‑time employees to ensure they carry out their job properly and completely.
  • Stand as a hub manager as and when necessary.
  • Handle cash on delivery money and ensure daily banking.
  • Work closely with customer service and fulfill customer requests.
  • Take care of daily operations and ensure everything goes smoothly.
  • Control inventory and safeguard every shipment to reduce risk of missing or damaged parcel.
  • Perform any other tasks instructed by superior.
Other responsibilities
  • Conform to the Quality Management System, OH&S management system & GDPMD system requirements.
  • Take care of own and others' safety.
  • Participate in QMS, OHS & GDPMD related programmes such as training, campaigns, induction and others.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in a related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably a Senior Executive specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.

Salary : RM2,500 – RM2,700 a month
