Qualifications

• Fast learner and computer literate.
• Perform all other duties of a Registered Staff Nurse Practitioner.
• Manage the department to ensure efficient and effective daily operational activities.
• Provide supervision and guidance to junior nurses to ensure a high standard of nursing care is provided.
• Undertake special responsibilities for the Critical Care Unit.
• Plan and manage patient care in the department to fulfill and exceed customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Possess Post Basic in ICU/Degree/Diploma in Nursing and must be registered with the Malaysian Nursing Board.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Staff Nurse ICU.
• Preferably candidate with experience in special units and Post Basic certificate.
