Responsibilities

• Attend to patients and perform front‑desk duties such as patient registration, appointments, phone enquiries, etc.
• To deal with clients in a polite, courteous and professional manner at all times.
• Assist Doctor during consultations if required.
• Dispense drugs as prescribed by the doctors, ensuring the right drugs and dosage are given out with correct instructions to the patients.
• Perform minor diagnostic tests and set up procedure room as directed by doctor.
• Assist surgeon in operating room during procedures.
• Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the manager and doctor.
• Maintaining a clean and safe clinical environment.
• Adhering to all relevant healthcare regulations and protocols.
