About the job Staff Engineer, Wells Engineering

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Well Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 2 years in a drilling operation position directly responsible for managing offshore drilling activity.
• Holder of IWCF Level 4, Supervisor Certificate for Surface BOP Stack.
• Proven ability in oil and gas well designs. knowledgeable about latest developments related to drilling and completions.
• Expertise in offshore well construction operations and proven ability to oversee daily drilling operations.
• Strong operational focus and understanding of personal and process safety.
• Thorough understanding of well control, well barriers, and MOC.
• Knowledgeable in CWI operations, including Well Integrity Management.
• Experienced in simultaneous operations (SIMOPS) offshore.
• Good analytical, communication, and writing skills, with PC fluency.
• Skilled in using industry standard well engineering software and interpretation of results.
• Prior experience working with tender assisted drilling rigs would be beneficial.
