  • Investigate and identify PCM/Inline/DD trend deviations.
  • Create, release, and maintain process routes.
  • Monitor PCM/Inline/DD trends with PI/UPE to ensure stability.

Job description

Initiate/lead yield/Inline/PCM/DD and quality improvement programs.

Job Description

In your new role you will:

  • Initiate/lead yield/Inline/PCM/DD and quality improvement programs.
  • Assess lots & disposition to ensure product quality meets Infineon’s standards.
  • Investigate, identify, and provide rapid feedback on PCM/Inline/DD trend deviations.
  • Identify problems related to product, technology, or process margins and collaborate with PI/UPE/T to resolve them.
  • Create, release, and maintain process routes.
  • Perform DOE splits for process margin studies and product performance optimization.
  • Support new product releases, production tool releases (PCRB), technology transfer projects, and ramp-up of new technologies.
  • Monitor PCM/Inline/DD trends with PI/UPE to ensure stability.
  • Lead or support technology synchronization and support technology FMEA.
  • Manage deviations with fast feedback, accurate analysis, and conclusions.
  • Support/lead FEBE interface on yield, quality, and reliability topics.
  • Provide expertise on risk assessment related to product quality and reliability (MRB).
  • Exchange knowledge within IFKM and facilitate knowledge transfers.

Your Profile

You are best suited if you have:

  • Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Physics/Material Science/Chemistry.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
  • Deep knowledge of PI/PTE analysis tools, semiconductor physics, problem-solving tools like 8D, statistical analysis, Six Sigma, project management, and team leadership.
  • Knowledge of unit processes, test methods, product applications, quality and reliability, FEBE integration.
  • Understanding of internal and external business environments, interdependencies, and costs.
  • Experience in people management, training, mentoring, and project leadership.
  • Strong analytical, problem identification, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to influence and communicate effectively across departments.
