Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• 1. Review and abide by all Company policies in the latest revision of the Employee Handbook.
• 2. Comply with all terms and conditions of any applicable employment agreement.
• 3. Review test results and coverage based on product specifications.
• 4. Develop and maintain test tool programs according to product specifications.
• 5. Optimize and improve the reliability and stability of test programs.
• 6. Familiarize with production processes to increase the automation ratio of production lines.

Qualifications

• Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE/MSEE) or Computer Science (BSCS/MSCS), with around 3–5+ years of relevant experience.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in C, C++, VB, VC, Python, AI/Deep Learning, Linux script.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required, while Mandarin language ability is preferred and may provide an added advantage.
