Position Summary

We are looking for a meticulous Calibration Technician to join our team at. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our measurement and testing equipment operates accurately and reliably, supporting our commitment to quality and precision in our products and services.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct routine calibration and maintenance on various measurement and testing instruments to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Document calibration procedures, results, and any necessary adjustments in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Utilize advanced calibration equipment and software to analyze and document results effectively.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and implement calibration protocols and schedules.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues with calibration equipment, providing timely solutions to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain accurate calibration records and assist in audits as required.
  • Conduct detailed root cause analysis and troubleshooting of calibration discrepancies and equipment failures.
  • Participate in internal and external audits related to calibration and quality assurance.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
Qualifications
  • Diploma / Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent experience in calibration or instrumentation.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in calibration of measurement and test equipment.
  • Strong understanding of calibration standards and quality assurance practices.
Preferred
  • Certification from a recognized calibration organization.
  • Experience with automated calibration systems and software.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 17025 or other quality management systems.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
  • Proficient with calibration equipment and tools including oscilloscopes, multimeters, and pressure gauges.
  • Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting software.
