The Product Designer will play a critical role in creating user-centered designs that align with business goals and enhance the overall user experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, user research, and an ability to collaborate across teams to deliver impactful and visually appealing products.

What you'll do:

• Create user-centered designs, wireframes, and prototypes, ensuring visual consistency with Figma’s design system.
• Develop interactive prototypes, conduct usability testing, and refine designs based on user feedback.
• Perform research, analyze user behavior, and enhance product design accordingly.
• Work with cross-functional teams, align design with business goals, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Plan and facilitate design thinking brainstorming workshops to support ideation and creation of UX artifacts for our product scoping and delivery planning.
• Stay updated on trends, drive innovation, and enhance the company’s design culture.

What are we looking for:

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
