Job Description

We are seeking a Sr HR Operations Specialist to support our Global HR Service Delivery team as part of a centralized function to handle a variety of HR-related transactions. In this role, you will be supporting and growing along with our APAC HR Transformation journey, and act as a Role Model to the expanding team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact towards employees and managers for any general HR inquiries and requests.
  • Administers employee life cycle activities/changes, including but not limited to Onboarding, Termination, HR system Data management, Documents filing, Time & Attendance, Data Reporting, Generation of Employment-related Letters, Benefit Administration, PO/Invoice Management, etc.
  • Support tasks intake and adoption from Regional HR Business Partners and other COEs (e.g., C&B, Talent Development, Global Mobility, etc.)
  • Leads or participates in various Global/Regional/Country HR Projects as well as Continuous Improvement projects by partnering with relevant stakeholders to enhance HR processes and employee experience.
  • Liaise with various stakeholders or other functional departments (e.g., Finance, IT, Payroll, Legal, HRBPs, Recruiters, etc.) when handling different cases.
  • Acts as a role model for good practices within the HR Operations team.
  • Acts formally as a mentor for junior/new members.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by supervisor from time to time.
Qualifications
Must Have
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), especially in Mandarin and English language. Proficiency in other Asian languages (Malay/Japanese/Korean) would be an added advantage.
  • Good systems knowledge working with automated processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, especially Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Ability to work with processes and identify improvements for efficiency and standardization
  • Applies strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to consistently deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Leverages prior experience in customer-focused environments to independently manage key aspects of the service profile following initial training
Good to Have
  • Experience of HR Operations/Administration work – more than 5 years preferably
  • An advantage if worked within Global Organization/Global Shared Services
  • Working Experience in Success Factors would be an added advantage
