We are seeking a data‑driven Campaign & Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, launch, and optimise digital campaigns across paid and owned channels. The role focuses on driving user acquisition, engagement, and conversion through disciplined performance execution and data insights.

What You’ll Do
  • Plan and optimise paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
  • Manage targeting, tracking, A/B testing, and performance optimisation.
  • Monitor funnel metrics (CPC, CPA, CTR, CVR, ROAS) and deliver ROI‑focused execution.
  • Use Appsflyer for attribution, tracking, and campaign optimisation.
  • Run multi‑channel campaigns supporting product launches and merchant acquisition.
  • Coordinate with design, product, sales, and partnerships for assets and messaging.
  • Ensure brand consistency and alignment with compliance requirements.
  • Build dashboards and periodic reports using GA4, Appsflyer, and internal tools.
  • Analyse campaign data to generate insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Measure channel performance across the user journey.
  • Identify new growth channels and run rapid experiments.
  • Support CRM and lifecycle initiatives to improve retention and user engagement.
What We’re Looking For
  • Min. 3 years of experience in performance marketing or digital campaigns.
  • Background in fintech, Web3, payments, or technology preferred.
  • Hands‑on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of GA4, Looker/Data Studio, and Appsflyer.
  • Analytical, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns effectively.
