UCT is seeking an experienced and talented Sr AO Change Analyst to join our team in Malaysia! The Sr AO Change Analyst will be responsible for supporting account operations company wide. Duties include the following: create inventory impact reports for changes to orders; review and identify changes to customer orders including bill of material changes; support various data analysis and administrative activities; detailed knowledge of analytic software including Microsoft Excel.
Job Summary:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Level 1:
- Data collection:
- Collect and format inventory reports including on hand/on order/demand for all sites.
- Provide inventory demand reports for all claims and cancellations (E&O).
- Provide comparisons of single and multi level BOMS to identify material changes.
- Create Cancellations: weekly/monthly/PO.
- Create/submit Engineering change request/ECR from time to time as requested/needed.
- Generate
- Communications:
- Occasional phone calls/emails with change originators to correct issues with change submissions.
- Internal escalations to Supervisor upon recognition system failure to implement changes.
Level 2: All Level 1, +2-years of experience, plus:
- General:
- Act as point of contact for requests from internal customers.
- Assign tasks to team members.
- OR
- Perform duties as ECO Coordinator.
- Maintain CCB log
- Conduct CCB meetings.
- Maintain Claims log for site.
- Assign tasks to Material Planner/Buyer/ME/CPM for any external/internal engineering change orders impact.
- Training:
- Provide training to CCB members to review and approve ECO’s.
- Perform training for new employees for quoting and claims.
- Communications:
- Phone calls/emails with Account Operations program managers.
- Internal escalations to Supervisor when changes are not implemented.
Level 3: All Level 2, +3 years of experience, plus:
- Maintain, update and report Claims metrics.
- Create and update training documents for CCB processes.
- Provide training to Level 1 and 2 employees.
- Review current processes for CIP activities, Recommend process improvements to supervisor/manager.
AO Change Analyst Supervisor. All Level 3 +5-years of experience, plus:
- May be a people manager and have direct reports.
- Review, update and submit training document changes to QMS system.
- Provide training to other departments as required.
- Responsible for execution of strategic initiatives and CIP activities
AO Change Analyst Manager. All Supervisor +5-years of experience, plus:
- People manager with direct reports at multiple sites.
- Approve training document changes to QMS system.
- Manage resources to accomplish team responsibilities.
- Review, manage and approve strategic initiatives and CIP activities
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to work effectively with all departments and other groups to ensure that site On Time delivery and quality goals and objectives are met.
- Must be able to read technical details on Engineering DWG/weldment print.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to use ERP estimating systems such as Visual, Vista, Oracle, etc. MS Excel, Word and Access.
- Self-motivated and has a sense of Initiative.
- Able to perform duty with less supervision.
Educational/Certification Requirement:
- Engineering Degree or equivalent work experience in Engineering discipline for level 1-2.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in Engineering/technical discipline for level 3-Manager.
Experience Requirement:
Work Experience:
- 2-5 years’ Data Analysis and technical knowledge in semi-conductor manufacturing set-up. Level 1-2.
- 5+ years’ experience in DC/Engineering services in a semiconductor or similar industry Level 3 and supervisor position.
- 5 years’ experience managing personnel and projects for manager position.
