Job description

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily management and maintenance of databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, SQLServer, DB2, Milvus, Doris, including deployment, operation, monitoring, backup and recovery, SQL optimization, performance tuning, security policy implementation, etc., to ensure high availability and stability of the system.
• Manage all changes within the database lifecycle, such as version upgrades, migrations, etc.
• Responsible for database automation operation and maintenance solutions, write automation scripts (such as Shell/Python) and develop tool platforms to improve operation and maintenance efficiency;
• Ensure the stable operation of database systems in high concurrency environments, handle large-scale data storage, querying, and monitoring alarm tasks.
• Responsible for database monitoring and alarm system, utilizing tools such as Prometheus and Grafana to achieve automated monitoring and alarm, and improve fault response speed.
• Handle emergency response, root cause analysis, and optimization for database failures to ensure business continuity;

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or related majors, with over 4 years of experience in database operation and management.
• Proficient in at least 2 mainstream databases (such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, SQLServer, DB2, Milvus, Doris), with database expert certifications such as PostgreSQL PGCM, MySQL OCP, etc.
• Master database principles (transactions, locking mechanisms, storage engines, backup and recovery, etc.). Proficient in using performance analysis tools, proficient in using Linux systems, with script development capabilities (such as Shell/Python/Ansible), familiar with automated operation and maintenance tools.
• Proficient in tuning tools and able to perform SQL tuning; Have experience in database disaster recovery, migration, and backup; Experience in maintaining large application databases with high concurrency and high traffic is preferred; Priority will be given to those with experience in high availability technology solutions (HA) for databases, database clusters, and other related technologies.
• Able to learn new technologies quickly, able to communicate and cooperate with team members smoothly, enthusiastic and patient to customers.
