1. To Customers

Welcome customers professionally.

Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing returns, complaints, checkout, etc., and find suitable solutions.

Know the technical features and benefits of Decathlon products to recommend appropriate items.

Build relationships with customers both in-store and online to better understand their needs.

Share your passion for sports and help customers discover new activities.

Encourage customers to subscribe or register for the loyalty program to enhance customer information.

2. To Decathlon Malaysia

Understand the department's goals and work with the team to achieve them.

Promote innovation and enhance the sports experience in-store.

Increase sales using available resources and commercial tools.

Arrange the store layout according to guidelines to ensure a satisfying shopping environment.

Maintain high-quality store presentation based on the Satisfied Customer Family (FCS) principles.

Ensure stock accuracy and availability through the automatic replenishment system.

3. For Safety of People and Goods

Implement safety and security standards within the store.

Know and enforce fire safety and evacuation procedures.

4. Development and Skills Enhancement

Participate in training programs, develop training skills, and potentially become a trainer.
