As a Sports Advisor (Sales), your role is to ensure all customers leave our stores satisfied. From a friendly welcome to a quick and easy payment process, you will deliver a 5-star shopping experience. Responsibilities:

1. To Customers:
   • Welcome customers professionally.
   • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing suitable solutions for returns, complaints, and checkout.
   • Know the technical features and benefits of Decathlon products to recommend appropriate products and services.
   • Build a network of customers both in-store and online to foster personal relationships.
   • Passionately share sports knowledge and help customers discover new sports.
   • Encourage customers to subscribe to loyalty programs to enhance customer information.
2. To Decathlon Malaysia:
   • Align with departmental goals and work with the team to achieve them.
   • Promote innovation and enhance the in-store sports experience.
   • Increase sales using available resources and tools.
   • Arrange store layout according to guidelines to ensure high-quality presentation.
   • Maintain store layout to ensure customer satisfaction.
   • Ensure stock accuracy and availability through the automatic replenishment system.
3. For Safety of People and Goods:
   • Enforce safety and security standards within the store.
   • Know and implement fire safety and evacuation procedures.
4. Development and Skills:
   • Participate in training programs and develop training skills to become a trainer.
