As a Sports Advisor (Sales), also known as Sports Advisor, your role is to ensure all customers leave our stores satisfied. From a friendly and professional welcome to a quick and easy payment process, your goal is to always deliver a 5-star shopping experience. Decathlon heavily invests in the development of teammates so those who want to build careers within the business can flourish in their roles.

Responsibilities:

1. To Customers
   • Welcome customers professionally.
   • Commit fully to customer satisfaction and find suitable solutions for returns, complaints, checkout, etc.
   • Know the technical features and user benefits of Decathlon products to recommend appropriate products and services, whether they are in range or not.
   • Develop a network of customers both in-store and online to better understand their needs and establish personal relationships.
   • Pass on sports passion and help customers discover new sports.
   • Encourage subscription/registration for the loyalty card to enhance customer information.
2. To Decathlon Malaysia
   • Understand the department's goals and work with the team to achieve them.
   • Promote innovation and sports experiences in-store.
   • Boost Decathlon Malaysia's sales using available resources and tools.
   • Arrange the store layout according to implantation principles and guidelines.
   • Create high-quality store layouts based on the Satisfied Customer Family (FCS) concept.
   • Maintain an appealing layout with good facing to satisfy customers.
   • Ensure stock accuracy and availability using the automatic replenishment system.
3. For Safety of People and Goods
   • Enforce basic safety and security standards in the store.
   • Know and implement fire safety and evacuation procedures.
4. Development and Skills Enhancement
   • Participate in training sessions, develop training skills, and become a trainer.
