Job description

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional, ethical, and high-quality speech and language therapy services, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing patient management.
• Assess and manage patients with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders, including complex cases, while monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and effective patient care, discharge planning, and continuity of therapy.
• Educate and counsel patients, families, and caregivers on communication strategies, therapy goals, and home-based programs to support rehabilitation outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, reports, and records in compliance with legal, professional, and organizational standards, while adhering to infection control, safety, and governance requirements.
