Job Purpose
To liase with PE consultants and Local Authorities and to ensure all B2S sites are with valid permits in accordance to agreed SLAs. To assist in SAQ related matters as and when required.
Key Accountabilities
- To ensure all B2S sites are permitted from Local Authorities in accordance to agreed SLAs.
- To work with the relevant Project Managers (PM), FTCs and PE firms to ensure full compliance to documentation, submission and approvals from Local Councils.
- Keep abreast of industry development and communicate to internal stakeholders the various guidelines issued by the local councils and to ensure the external consultants adhere to the guidelines strictly.
- Advise Head of Engineering & Implementation on implementation of relevant requirement and compliance of process in Local Council guideline.
- To ensure full compliance in ISAAC for all rollout related matters.
- To track and report progress to management on a weekly basis based on agreed tracking template.
- Undertake special projects or any other tasks as assigned by the Head of Engineering & Implementation.
- To assist in any site acquisition related matters as and when required, especially on resolving issues with landlords.
Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge
- Bachelor's degree.
- More than 10 years of experience in infrastructure development and / or property management.
- Needs good communication skills and must be able to work collaboratively with Customers, business partners and colleagues. Works across all functional areas and use a strong customer service orientation.
