Ansell is looking for a Specialist, Responsible Sourcing to join our team in Cyberjaya, Malaysia!

In this position you will play a vital role in supporting management and implementation of Net Zero Carbon Emissions Scope 3 and/or Social Compliance with 3rd party suppliers for Ansell Group. This role works closely with Category Sourcing team, EHS, HR, QA, and other cross functional departments to support Ansell’s Net Zero Carbon Emissions Scope 3 and Social Compliance goals.

What your role will be?

Data Collection & Analysis

  • Assist in gathering and analyzing supplier data related to carbon emissions, labor practices, and other ESG metrics.

Supplier Engagement Support

  • Support coordination of supplier assessments and audits and contribute to the development of the Net Zero Scope 3 roadmap.

Reporting & Communication

  • Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate progress on Net Zero and Social Compliance initiatives.

Dashboard Maintenance

  • Help maintain and update the Responsible Sourcing dashboard to ensure accurate tracking of ESG performance indicators.

Documentation & Record Keeping

  • Maintain organized records and documentation to support compliance, audit readiness, and reporting requirements.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Participate in meetings with sourcing, sustainability, and other departments to learn and contribute to ESG initiatives.

ESG Knowledge Development

  • Stay informed on emerging ESG trends, regulatory changes, and best practices relevant to global sourcing and responsible supply chains.
What will you bring to Ansell?
  • Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent college education in social science or related fields.
  • 2 years related experience in sustainable business, communications, and/or related assigned project management.
  • Knowledge in ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and/or international, national and local laws and standards that apply to labor compliance.
  • Net Zero Knowledge: Understand GHG calculation under the GHG Protocol or ISO 14064‑1 (Scopes 1–3), carbon‑reduction fundamentals, and the SBTi framework—from commit and target modelling through validation to annual disclosure.
  • Experience with ESG platforms (Sphera, CDP etc.) and verification schemes such as ISCC.
  • This role would require travelling up to 30%.
