Responsibilities
  • Defect Management: Log, track, and retest bugs; escalate issues when needed.
  • Support Regression: Assist in regression and UAT activities for web and mobile platforms.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain basic QA documentation (test cases, results, reports).
  • Learn Automation: Contribute to maintaining or extending existing automation scripts.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with senior QAs and developers to ensure proper defect communication.
  • Domain Knowledge: Begin building understanding of the product and business domain.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 0–2 years in QA (internship or entry-level role).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Detail‑oriented, analytical, and eager to learn.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to follow structured processes and instructions.
  • Basic understanding of QA methodologies, test case writing, bug reporting.
  • Exposure to JIRA, Postman, or basic automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium) is a plus.
  • ISTQB Foundation certification preferred (not mandatory).
