Job summary

A leading financial services provider in Sepang is looking for a Specialist in Major Claims. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing major claims requests, ensuring data accuracy, and meeting productivity benchmarks. Fluent English and Mandarin are required, with an ability to read and write in Mandarin necessary for supporting the HK region. The position requires adaptability to a desk-bound environment and working shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Job Responsibilities

• Process Major Claims requests received as per stipulated requirements.
• Evaluate and capture all data for claim processes, prepare medical questionnaire and to review all status and ensure efficient adjustment in claim system.
• Ensure meeting individual quality, turnaround time and productivity benchmark.
• Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by immediate manager in order to meet business requirements.
• Prepares regular reporting to management on metrics relating to business, operations, risk, compliance, workforce, etc. or statutory authorities on regulatory metrics.
• Develop procedures for reporting, extract, collate and populate data to reporting template.
• Validate data accuracy and liaise with relevant parties to rectify data quality.

Job Requirements

• Experienced in major claims.
• Fluent in spoken English & Mandarin. Ability to read and write in Mandarin is a must to support HK region.
• Self-motivated and customer orientated.
• Good dedication at work, good demeanor, willing to learn.
• Able to adapt desk-bound working environment, working shift including weekend on rotation basis & able to work overtime beyond normal office hour (including weekend & public holiday).
• Willing to work in Cyberjaya & Putrajaya.
• The role is required to follow Hong Kong working calendar.
