Job description

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role:

• Drive Infineon internal communication and knowledge sharing for IT in close cooperation with the communication team
• Organize and moderate internal IT knowledge sharing sessions for Infineon employees in English language
• Support in video creation and post-production
• Collect, analyze and follow up participants’ feedback and do reporting of sessions
• Motivate IT colleagues to contribute to knowledge sharing activities and prepare them for presentations
• Write engaging articles and postings for internal IT communication
• Maintain IT communication channels and promote them to IT organization in APAC, Greater China and Japan region
• Build strong network within IT and with other communication and training departments in the region
• Consult on efficient communication and knowledge sharing in the region
• Collaborate intensely with local and international team members in Germany and Singapore

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• University degree in communication, education or related subjects
• Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience in internal communication and/or training organization in an international company
• Strong background in designing (visuals, presentation and text) and driving communication and education for technical/ IT target groups
• Proven moderation and presentation skills and experience
• Excellent command of English, written and spoken, Chinese language skills are a plus
• Interest in and ability to understand IT related topics quickly
• Strong self driven and proactive personality, intercultural experience is a plus

Note: 1-year renewable contract under 3rd party payroll partner and entitled to benefits according to the partner company.
