A global leader in semiconductor solutions is seeking a Specialist in Inside Sales Account Management who speaks Korean. The role involves managing sales opportunities, preparing quotes, and building customer relationships. Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years of relevant experience and strong digital and analytical skills, alongside proficiency in English and Korean. Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role:
Conduct research on leads, develop understanding of prospect needs, and actively develop opportunities both inbound and outbound.
Manage opportunities through remote channels (e.g., virtual demos, video conferencing with remote FAEs), and should have the ability to switch to in‑person when required (e.g., FAE support).
Prepare quotes and price negotiations.
Be responsible for design‑win, business‑win, and revenue for relevant customers.
Build and maintain customer relationships and loyalty remotely.
Be in charge of the validation and qualification of customer cross/upsell potential.
Prioritize day‑to‑day activities & prep customer interactions based on data & analytics.
Update sales management systems for core activities (e.g.: CRM).
Take over ownership of accounts and managing stakeholder communications.
Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed:
Experience in Sales and Marketing in a global environment, along with excellent sales and account management skills.
Proficiency in digital channels, customer analytics, and available tools and processes.
Effectively manage your accounts and drive results.
Remote selling and analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and profound digital educating and change management skills will be essential in this role.
Experience with sales‑relevant IT tools and systems and profound product/application knowledge is required.
A degree in Economics, Business Administration, Electrical or Industrial Engineering or a related field.
1‑3 years of relevant working experience in Sales and Marketing in a global environment.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Profound account management skills.
Effective time management skills and ability to multitask.
Remote selling experience and analytical skills.
Digital educating and change management skills (guiding the customer to digital self‑serve).
Product and application knowledge.
Excellent communication skills in English and Korean, both oral and written.
