Join as a Sourcing Officer at Silitech Technology Corporation Sdn Bhd, Sg Jawi, Penang. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in our Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics team, focusing on Sourcing, Procurement & Inventory.

What you'll be doing

Strategic commodity & supplier management for non-production materials aligned with business requirements and product line needs.

Supplier life cycle management - Lead supplier sourcing, evaluation, and onboarding processes, new supplier assessments, perform evaluations, phase-out processes and build relationships.

Sourcing execution & fulfillment - Draft & review contracts, issues purchase orders & track fulfillment.

Cross-functional collaboration - Optimize the end-to-end P2P sourcing process, coordinate & regularly update with users departments & management.

What we're looking for

Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration or related field preferred.

Minimum 3 years of experience in non-production materials procurement, ideally within the manufacturing industry.

Experience in post-project supplier evaluation or VA/VE activities is an advantage.

Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively liaise with suppliers.

Strong market analysis, supplier negotiation, contract management skills, supplier performance evaluation, and cost-conscious mindset.

Excellent cross-functional communication skills & manage multiple projects under pressure.

Proficient in excel & ERP systems, familiar with procurement compliance requirements & purchasing processes.
