Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for ultrasound procedures and educate patients throughout the ultrasound procedures.
• Operate and adjust ultrasound equipment to obtain diagnostic images.
• Assess the technical quality of ultrasound images.
• Interpret and complete medical reports to diagnostic images.
• Identify normal and pathological imaging results, communicating a summary of the results to doctors, and alerting doctors to urgent problems.
• Ensure patient comfort during the procedure.
• Maintain ultrasound equipment and follow safety regulations.
