Job summary

Qualifications

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze operation’s historical data and performance metrics to optimize automation design and provide insights on inventory movement, order patterns, and operational efficiency.
• Identifying the right mix of automation technologies to meet MR.DIY’s logistics needs.
• Design the overall automation solution, including robotics, conveyor systems and other automated Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
• Prepare the outline and commercial analysis of the proposed automation solution to internal stakeholders.
• Prepare the functional and technical requirement specifications / drawings / RFP for tender process.
• Oversee the tender process for automation solution.
• Review and validate the design basis and performance of automation systems from solution vendors.

Requirement:

• 1-2+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in logistics or warehousing.
• 3-5+ years of experience in designing and implementing automation systems in logistics or warehousing.
• Expertise in warehouse automation solutions, robotics, logistics processes and system integration (e.g., WMS, ERP).
• Experience with CAD software and / or simulation tools.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., MS Assess, Power BI) is a plus.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and local language.
• Effective communication and customer focused.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
