About the Role

We are looking for a Solutions Consultant to join our team and help clients transform their IT and business operations through innovative digital solutions. In this role, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs, design tailored solutions, deliver impactful presentations and demos, and support the sales team in pre‑sales activities.

While your initial focus will be on ServiceNow solutions, this role offers opportunities to expand into other enterprise platforms and digital workflow technologies as part of your career development.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand business challenges and requirements.
• Design and propose solutions that align with client objectives and industry best practices.
• Deliver compelling presentations, demos, and proof‑of‑concepts to technical and executive audiences.
• Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to develop strategic proposals and respond to tenders.
• Stay updated on ITSM, digital workflow, and enterprise automation trends.
• Support occasional travel for client engagements within Malaysia.

Ideal Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in presales, solution consulting, or technical product demonstrations.
• Proven experience in consulting, designing, or implementing ITSM solutions (ServiceNow experience is a strong advantage).
• Strong skills in solution design, proposals, demos, and presentations in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Comfortable presenting to C‑suite executives and technical stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
