About the Role:
Ditrolic Sdn Bhd is looking for Project Managers / Assistant Project Managers to lead and support solar energy projects. These roles are crucial for ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and oversee solar project execution from start to finish
  • Develop project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and technical specifications
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams
  • Prepare reports and documentation for project milestones
  • Support PM in daily operations (for APM role)

Requirements:

  • PM: Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management (solar or renewable energy preferred)
  • APM: Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in project coordination or management support
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with electrical/electronic engineering principles
  • Ability to join immediately or on short notice
